For all orders, please allow 2-3 business days for us to make and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information (if applicable).

If you discover an error on your confirmation email please inform us ASAP. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll quickly make the correction. Any orders returned to sender due to incorrect address or shipping information can also be re-sent after we collect the order, correct shipping address and add new shipping fees. A refund may also be issued for the order minus the original shipping charges.
We typically send packages using DHL and are not responsible for any delays they may be experiencing. As much as we hate to hear about missing/stolen orders, we cannot send replacements. Please contact your shipping provider. Very often, they can locate your package quickly and deliver it to you as soon as they find it.

To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), all items must be received in their original, unused condition and original packaging. This includes an intact and attached seed paper label.
At our discretion, partial refunds will be issued for use or damage.
Rest assured, we are very happy to discuss the condition of your product prior to your return if you have any concerns so please don't hesitate to contact us! Refunds issued may take 5-10 days to process.
